Return Requests

Please contact our customer service team before returning any product. Include your order number, product name, reason for the request, and photographs or video when relevant.

Product Condition

Returned products should generally remain in suitable condition and include their original accessories, components, packaging, and documentation where reasonably possible.

Products damaged after delivery through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper care, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund, subject to applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the product, affected area, packaging, and shipping label.

Natural Instrument Variations

Instruments made from wood and other natural materials may show reasonable variations in grain, finish, color, tone, resonance, or appearance. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

Return Authorization

Please do not return a product without first contacting customer service. The correct return destination may differ from our contact address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
